Refund/Cancellation Policy
- Term of Contract: The contract between Titan Billing Solutions and the medical practice is valid for a period of one (1) year from the effective date.
- Termination Notice: Either party may terminate the contract by providing a written notice at least thirty (30) days before the desired termination date. The termination notice should be sent to [Raman@titanbillingsolutions.com].
- No Buyout Clause: Upon termination, the medical practice is not required to pay a buyout fee. However, all outstanding invoices up to the termination date must be settled in full.
- Refund Policy: Refunds are not applicable for the contracted services. The medical practice is responsible for the full payment of services rendered during the contract period, regardless of termination.
- Cancellation During Contract Term: Cancellation of services during the contract term will not result in a refund of any prepaid fees or a reduction in the total contract amount.
- Invoice Settlement: All outstanding invoices as of the termination date must be settled within fifteen (15) days from the termination date. Failure to settle outstanding invoices within this timeframe may result in legal action to recover the owed amount.
- Data Ownership: Upon termination, Titan Billing Solutions will provide the medical practice with a final data export of all relevant information. Titan Billing Solutions retains no ownership or control over the medical practice’s data post-termination.
- Governing Law: This policy is governed by the laws of Delaware, and any disputes arising under or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Delaware.
- Changes to Policy: Titan Billing Solutions reserves the right to modify this refund/cancellation policy at any time. Notice of changes will be provided to the medical practice via email. Continued use of services after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
